I love them! I absolutely love and some time ago I tried to cook at home.
I had followed one of those recipes that use baking soda to create the dark and glossy surface characteristic of these sandwiches.
But no, they were very similar, especially because they came very "gommoselli"! This year I
stubborn (because I was convinced that I could never find it ..) and I tried to do it with the magic ingredient: sodium hydroxide!
The result was fantastic, very much resembled those "real"! Not
But I say to my face when I told the pharmacist that I needed sodium hydroxide for a recipe,-P!
