THEIR OFFICES Subject: Election of the governing bodies of educational institution in School Year 2009/2010.
With No CM 77 prot .MPIAOODGOS/8714 of August 27, 2009, published on the Internet and Intranet of the Ministry, were issued are the arrangements for the elections for the renewal of the governing bodies at the level of educational institution completed three-year period expired, or otherwise case and by-elections where necessary. In relation to what is contained therein, it is determined that these elections will be held on
Sunday 15 and Monday 16 November 2009, according to the usual procedures laid down by Ministerial Order permanent 215 of July 15, 1991 and subsequent amendments and additions. (No. 267 of August 4, 1995, No. 293, June 24, 1996 and No. 277, June 17, 1998).
Please note that schools can individually determine a different date, which may not exceed the time limit of 15 and 16 November 20, and only if so required by the objective requirements of the area (eg local holidays) and after agreement between all institutions working in the same town.
