Following the report of this Directorate prot. 11102 of 30 October last, is attached to the Agreement as defined by Joint Conference State-Regions and Local Authorities October 29, 2009 for the continuation of the spring sections for the 2009-2010 school year.
Under this agreement each Regional Education Office will proceed to the definition of Understanding with the Region, in consultation with the regional Anci, by reference to the criteria for activation of the education service as essential requirements of access (art. 2, para 1 of the Agreement), as defined by the decree attached.
